Is it really flat pricing?
One predictable fee per plan — no per-agent tax, no per-message meter, no per-AI-resolution charge. Growth in volume or AI usage never inflates your bill.
Is the AI really ₹0?
Every AI feature runs on Vayusetu's own private AI. Nothing is sent to OpenAI or any third party, so there's no per-token or per-reply bill — drafting is included from Starter (with a taste on Free), full AI from Growth.
What makes the AI "private"?
Your conversations are never sent to OpenAI, Google or any third-party AI cloud. Everything is managed by us in the Mumbai region with auto-updates, backups and DPDP-friendly residency.
How many agents can I add?
3 on Free, 10 on Starter, 25 on Growth, 75 on Business — and Enterprise is unlimited. Because pricing is flat, you're never charged per agent within your plan's allowance.
Is my data DPDP / GDPR compliant?
Consent logging, one-click export & delete, and India (Mumbai) data residency are built into every tier. Business & Enterprise add full audit logging on top.
Do you offer a free trial?
Yes — paid plans come with a no-card free trial so you can run the full platform against real conversations. And the Free tier is free forever if you'd rather start small.
How do I migrate from another tool?
Import contacts, past conversations and canned replies via CSV or our API. Higher plans include guided migration; Enterprise adds a dedicated manager — typically live within a day.
What if I exceed my plan?
Your plan is sized by conversations per month; AI replies are included within that allowance. Approach the limit and we simply prompt you to move up a tier — no per-message or per-AI-reply overage penalties.
